HONORABLE CITY COUNCIL and <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSIONof <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />Gentlemen: <br />The South Bend Knights of Columbus Council No. 553, <br />through its holding company, the South Bend Columbus Club, Inc., <br />presents the attached Petition and respectfully begs your con- <br />sideration. This Petition applies to the property located on <br />North Michigan Street in South Bend, Indiana, being Lots Num- <br />bered 36 and 37 as shown on the recorded Plat of J. G.
