ORDINANCE NUMBER AN ORDINANCE MENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 3702 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND. INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That, SECTION 1. Ordinance Number 3702, being a zoning ordi- nance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same hereby is, amended so that the zoning classification of the following real estate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the South one -half (z) of the Southwest quarter (�) of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Thirty -eight (38) North, Range Two (2) East in St. Joseph County, Indiana; thence South four hundred ninety -two (492) feet; thence West one hundred seventy -six (176) -feet; thence South eight hundred thirty (830) feet to the South Line of said section; thence East to the St. Joseph River; thence down stream along the edge of the River to a point due East of the point of begin- ning; thence West to the place of beginning, be, and the same is hereby, changed to and zoned as "D" light industrial use district and "D" height and area dis- trict. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, approve by the Mayor of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and legal publication.
