O' AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1: That Zoning Ordinance No, 3702 be and the same is hereby amended and supplemented by zoning the following described property as "Alt Residence District and "All Height and Area District: Beginning at the Southwest corner of lot 303 Twyckenham Hills Section "Gil, present city limits; thence South along North and South center line Section 19, Township 37 North, Range 3 East a distance of 1200.60 feet to a point 291.60 feet North of the South line of said section 19; thence East parallel with and 291.60 feet North of the South line of said Section 19 a distance of 2638.00 feet, more or less, to the East line of said Section 19; thence North along East line of Section 19 a distance of 546.00 feet; thence West 363.85 feet; thence North 50.00 feet; thence West 1100.01 feet; thence North 607.35 feet to the South line of Twyckenham Hills Section nGrt, present city limits; thence West along the present city limits a distance of 1173.30 feet to the place of beginning."
