Ordinance No. 4020 <br />An Ordinance Amending <br />Ordinance Ordinance 3702 Odimhbnly known as the Zoning <br />/of the City of South Bend, Indiana <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South Bend <br />Indiana: <br />Section I Ordinance No. 3702 be and the same is <br />hereby amended to change the zoning classification <br />of the following real estate in the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, to wit: <br />A lot or parcel of land described as follows, viz: <br />Beginning on the East line of Olive St., at a point <br />40 feet north of the Intersection of the East line of <br />Said Olive St., as now established (which street is <br />50 feet wide) and the South line of lot numbered 11 <br />as shown on the recorded plat of Kunstman and Meyersts <br />addition to the City of South Bend; thence running <br />North on the East line of Olive St., 86.18 feet, more <br />or less, to the South Line of Longley Ave., in said <br />City; thence East along the South line of Longley Ave., <br />a distance of 135 feet; thence South on a line parallel <br />with the East line of Alive Street, 85.26 feet; thence <br />West to.the place of beginning. <br />from "B" Residential and "B" Height and Area to "C" <br />Commercial and "C" Height and Arga. <br />Section 2 This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage by the Common Council, approval <br />by the Mayor and legal publication. <br />Dated this 1�1 day of <br />Membe of the Course <br />i <br />le! & 2nd REAINNB <br />1;i YTEE OF THE Wti�tf <br />'ir ^LIC HEARING <br />REFENEU // v� y A.2 l;&CZc- <br />IrASSEB <br />
