ORDINANCE N0. .3 3 " <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 3702 COMMONLY <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION 1• Ordinance No* 3702, being a zoning ordinance in the City <br />sV , <br />of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same hereby is, amended so that <br />0 <br />the zoning classification of the following described real estate in <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wits <br />Lot No. 180 in Realty Construction <br />Coo 2nd Addition, <br />be, and the same is hereby changed from "C" Commercial and "D" Height <br />and Area District to "B" Residence and "A" Height and Area District. <br />SECTION 2.
