ORDINANCE NO. 9 d"e <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FUNDS <br />FROM P11 POLICE SALARY $800.00 TO <br />P724 MOTOR EQUIPMENT $800,00; FROM <br />Sll STREET DEPARTMENT SALARY $2200.00 <br />TO S12 HOURLY WORKERS $2200.00; FROM <br />J12 SEWER. DEPARTMENT SALARY $6,000.00 <br />TO J13 SEWER DEPARTMENT OVERTIME <br />$2,000.00 AND TO S13 STREET DEPARTMENT <br />OVERTIME $4,000.00; FROM J724 SEWER <br />DEPARTMENT MOTOR EQUIPMENT $2300.00 <br />TO 5214 STREET DEPARTMENT TELEPHONE <br />$300.00 AND 5321 STREET DEPARTMENT <br />COAL AND FUEL OIL $29000.00; ALL OF <br />THE BUDGET FOR 1953 OF THE CIVIL <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SEGTION I. The following sums of money are hereby transferred as follows: <br />from P11 Police Salary $800.00 to P724 Motor Equipment $800.00; from S11 Street <br />Department Salary $2200.00 to S12 Hourly Workers $2200.00; from J12 Sewer <br />Department Salary $6,000.00 to J13 Sewer Department Overtime $2,000.00 and to <br />S13 Street Department Overtime $4,000.00; from J724 Sewer Department Motor <br />Equipment $2300.00 to B214 Street Department Telephone $300.00 and S321 Street <br />Department Coal and Fuel Oil $2,000.00; all of the budget for the year 1953 <br />of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />SECTION II. The above funds are required for the proper operation and function <br />ing of the aforementioned Departments under the budget for the year 1953 and <br />an emergency is declared to exist concerning said transfers and appropriations. <br />SECTION III.
