That Ordinance No. 3702 adopted by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 13th day of June, 1949, and <br />commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended as follows, <br />to -wit: <br />That the zoning of the following described real estate <br />situate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, and described as follows, to-,rit: <br />Lots 52, 53, 54 and 55 as shown on the recorded <br />Plat of Balser and McHenry's Addition, <br />be changed from "B" Residence and "A" Height and Area District to "D" Light <br />Industrial and "D" Height and Area District. <br />Section 2.
