ORDINANCE NO. • 3,�d <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE <br />NO. 3702 COMMONLY KNOWN AS "THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA." <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indian.: <br />SECTION I. Ordinance No... 3702, being the zoning ordinance of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same hereby is amended so that the zoning <br />classification of the following described real estate in the City of South <br />Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, towit: <br />Lots Numbered Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), <br />Seven (7) and Eight (8) as shown on the recorded Plat <br />of Tuxedo Park First Addition to the City of South <br />Bend, which said plat is set forth in Plat Book 12, <br />page 18 of the records in the office of the Recorder <br />of St. Joseph County, Indiana, <br />be, and the same is hereby changed from "B" Residence District and B <br />Height and Area District to "A" Residence—District and "A" Height and <br />Area District. <br />SECTION II.
