No Drive -thru pick up windows shall be located along and oriented toward the <br />east property line of the PUD in area "B ". <br />Signage Requirements <br />Each individual lot in this area may have a monument -type sign of sixty -four (64) <br />sft with a maximum height of six (6) feet located either on Ireland Road or the <br />internal drives located within the development. There is no minimum or maximum <br />separation between signs; however, all sign locations shall be approved by the <br />development's site plan review committee. If at the time of development of this <br />area, the adjacent property to the east is developed as a non - residential use, <br />the monument sign for this area may be up to eight (8) feet in height and one <br />hundred (100) sft. <br />pg. 6 <br />
