Deldora Annexation Area <br />E. Buildings and Land Use <br />0 <br />The Annexation Area contains vacant single - family residential land. A planned unit <br />development, potentially to include commercial, office, and /or high- density residential uses, is <br />proposed. <br />F. Zoning & Subdivisions <br />The three properties in the Annexation Area are currently zoned "R" Single Family District it <br />St. Joseph County. With the annexation petition, the petitioner is seeking to rezone the <br />property to "PUD" Planned Unit Development District in the City. The Annexation Area does <br />not fall within any subdivisions of record. <br />G. Population <br />Zero (0) persons currently reside in the Annexation Area. The number of residents proposed <br />to live in the Annexation Area is subject to the amount of land developed for residential uses. <br />H. Tax Rate <br />The tax rates used are those of 2013 payable 2014. <br />The total tax rate for unincorporated Penn Township is 2.6172 per $100 of taxable real <br />estate.
