Chapter 17, Article 2, Division 3, Section 17 -10, Subparts 17 -10 (k)(1), (n)(4), <br />(p)(1), (p)(2)(b), and (w)(4) of the South Bend Municipal Code shall be amended to read as <br />follows: <br />Sec. 17 -10. Pretreatment of industrial wastewater and permits for wastewater <br />discharge, Board of Works powers. <br />(k) Permit Appeals. <br />(1) An administrative appeal from any terms of an individual wastewater <br />discharge permit issued under this Section shall be made pursuant to <br />Section 17 -1(c) (d)of this Division, but the effectiveness of the individual <br />wastewater discharge permit shall not be stayed pending the administrative <br />appeal. <br />(n) Individual Wastewater Discharge Permit Cessation, Revocation, Transfer, <br />Reissuance. <br />(4) The Director may revoke an individual wastewater discharge permit <br />for good cause, which shall be subject to appeal under Section 17 -11 d <br />of this Division, but the effectiveness of revocation shall not be stayed <br />pending administrative appeal.
