WHEREAS, South Bend, Mishawaka and the County desire to enter into an Interlocal <br />Agreement for that purpose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section 1. Interlocal Agreement Authorized. <br />The South Bend Board of Public Works is authorized to enter into an Interlocal <br />Agreement, in the form attached hereto, with Mishawaka and the County. <br />Section 2.
