Also attached is a copy of the petition, Statement of Benefits form, <br />and supporting information. <br />The report contains the department's findings relative to the above petition. The petitioner <br />proposes to build 24 single- family homes at a cost of approximately $4,689,376. The <br />project meets the qualifications for a (5) five -year residential property tax abatement.
