Michigan St. settlement and next steps <br />Mr. Meteiver noted that the City of South Bend commenced a law suit against The Vine <br />restaurant. Format, Inc. is the entity that was actually operating there. The city also filed an <br />attachment to the property of The Vine at the time the lawsuit was filed. Based upon that <br />
