As far as a bufferyard there is currently a <br />60' -80' of natural mature trees. <br />8) A statement on how each of the following standards for the granting of variances is met: <br />(a) The approval will not be injurious to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the <br />community:. The outdoor storage area to be used will primarily be on the southern end of the <br />property, it will be shielded by either one or both building(s) and have visibility from Rail Road Tracks, <br />and vacant land owned by the rail road company (SE). It will be of no detriment to any residential <br />user within 300' of the site. <br />
