Mr. Christopher Dressel <br />City of South Bend <br />January 20, 2014 <br />Page 3 <br />• Should the grant be funded and Symbiont is not selected for the GIS project (GIS <br />Mapping, Brownfield Planning and Phase I ESA Area Survey, Corridor <br />Examinations), which is expected to be 33.3% of the funded grant, Symbiont's fee <br />for this application preparation would be 2% of the entire grant amount (i.e., <br />$12,000 for a $600,000 grant), and <br />• Should the grant be funded and Symbiont is not selected for the Environmental <br />Project (Phase Is, Phase Its, Remediation Action Plans), which is expected not to <br />exceed 66.7% of funded grant, Symbiont's fee for this application preparation <br />would be 2% of the entire grant amount (i.e., $12,000 for a $600,000 grant). <br />• If the grant is not funded, Symbiont will not be compensated for preparation of the <br />grant application. <br />STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />Provided within this proposal is our standard rate sheet and Terms and Conditions of <br />Agreement, Form S -1 10 -2013, which is an integral part of our contract for professional <br />services. <br />Please indicate your acceptance of this proposal and these Terms and Conditions by <br />having an authorized representative sign one copy and return it to Symbiont. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to provide you with this proposal.
