91956 FREDA Gi NOBLE CITY CLERK PETITION TO AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS HERETOFORE AMENDED, OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND TO THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: The undersigned owners hereby petition your honorable body to amend and supplement Zoning Ordinance No. 3702, as heretofore amended, of the City of South Bend, Indiana, by zoning the following described property as "Alt Residence District and "A" Height and Area District: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 375, Twyckenham Hills, Section tTG ", present city limits; thence north along the west line of the east half of the southeast quarter (SE4) of Section 19, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, a distance of 1155 feet to the east and west center line of said Section 19; thence north along the wet line of the east half of the Northeast Quarter (NE-4t) 646.5 feet \to the Plat of Wilmore Hills, Section "A"; thence easterly along the southern boundary of the Plats of Wilmore Hills, Section "A" and Wilmore Hills, Section "B "; 661.75 feet to the southeast corner of Wilmore Hills, Section "B "; thence easterly 656.79 feet to a point on the east line of said Section 19., which point is 661.2 feet northerly from the east Quarter section corner; thence southerly along the easterly line of said Section 19, a distance of 661.2 feet to the east Quarter section corner; thence still south along the said easterly line of said Section 19, a distance of 990 feet; thence west 727.70 feet; thence south parallel with and 727.70 feet west of the east line of said Section 19, a distance of 770.35 feet,to the present city limits; thence west along the present city limits, a distance of 736.25 feet; thence north along the present city limits 607.35 feet to the south line of Twyckenham Hills, Section "G't; thence east along the present city limits 146.80 feet to the place of beginning, excepting therefrom the following two described parcels of real estate: PARCEL 1: Beginning at a point 10 feet North and 40 feet West of the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE4), Section 19, Township 37 North, Range 3 -East; thence West parallel with and 10 feet South of the East and West center line of said Section 19, a distance of 687.70 feet; thence South 435 feet; thence East par- allel with and 445 feet South of the said East and West center line of such Section 19, a distance of 687.70 feet to a point�0 feet West of the East line of said Section 19, (center line of Ironwood Drive); thence North 435 feet to the place of beginning, containing 6.86 acres. - 1 -
