ORDINANCE NO. 910 1 . <br />IN CITY COURT <br />JUL 6-1956 G: NOBLE <br />CITY CLERK <br />AN ORDINANCE MENDING ORDINANCE IdO. 3702 <br />COII3ONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND ( REAL ESTATE <br />INVOLVED WCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF <br />LINCOLN WAY WEST BETWE&T COLLEGE AND <br />BROOKFIELD STREETS <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />SECTION 1, Ordinance No. 3702, being the zoning Ordinance <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same is, amended <br />so that the zoning classification of the real estate located in the <br />city of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, described <br />as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot No. h in Rupel's Second Addition and <br />Lots 1, 2, and 3 in Moonts First Addition <br />be and the same is hereby changed from 'B" Residential District to <br />"C" Commercial and "E" Height and area District. <br />SECTION 2.
