JOSEPH COUNTY <br />r p,"R 1956 <br />FREDA G: NOBLE <br />CITY CLERK <br />TO: The Common Council of The City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />The petitioners, Maurice G. Morey and Avis L. Morey <br />respectively petition that Ordinance #3702 adopted by the <br />Common Council of the City of South Bend on the 13th day of <br />June, 1949, and more commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of <br />the City of South Bend, be amended by rezoning a certain parcel <br />of land located in the City of South Bend, County of St. Joseph, <br />State of Indiana, known and described as follows, to -wit: <br />Lots Numbered Fifty -two (52), Fifty -three (53), <br />Fifty -four (54), and Fifty -five (55) as shown upon the <br />recorded RePlat of Lots Numbered Seventeen (17), <br />Eighteen (18), and Nineteen (19) and Subdivision of <br />Out Lot A in Henry Leerts Sub, of the West part of <br />Lot Four (4) in the partition of the Estate of Samuel <br />Leer in Section Eighteen (18), Township Thirty -seven <br />(37) North, Range Three (3) East, which said RePlat <br />is dated September 5, 1918, and i.s recorded in the <br />Recorderts Office of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in <br />Plat Book 10, at page 75, and which said RePlat was <br />made by Minnie Bimm and Eldora Moore and is sometimes <br />known and referred to as Bimm and Moorets Addition <br />to the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />and that said above described land be rezoned from B- residence <br />district and A- height and area district to C commercial district <br />and E- height and area district. <br />The petitioners state that they are the owners of the <br />above described real estate. <br />The petitioners further state that they have attached <br />hereto a form of ordinance for the convenience, use, and approval <br />of the Common Council of the City of South Bend. <br />WHEREFORE, the petitioners respectively request that the <br />Common Council of the City of South Bend accept and act favorably <br />upon their petition and that the above described real estate be <br />oned as herein re uested. <br />ur ce orey �% <br />i <br />. - <br />
