X!'*- .';FYE£ Z, <br />PUSUO NEAME <br />8rd KADIRa o <br />RIOT V *X -OVEO <br />HEFURED <br />FAMED o2 - <br />f <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $19,000.00 <br />FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO FIRE DEPART- <br />MENT Q -724 MOTOR EQUIPMENT OF THE BUDGET <br />FOR 1955 OF TIRE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I: The sum of $19,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the General <br />Fund to Fire Department Q -724 Motor Equipment of the budget for 1955 of the <br />civil City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />SECTION II: Said fund is required for the proper operation and funetibAiag <br />of the aforementioned Department under the budget for the year 1955 and an <br />extraordinary emergency is hereby declared to exist requiring said appropriati, <br />SECTION III: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its adoption by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and legal publi- <br />cation and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements pertaining to emergen <br />appropriations. <br />i� <br />jj Member of the Co on Council <br />
