ORDINANCE NO. o a AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING AND APPRO- PRIATING FROM OFFICE OF CITY CLERK C -11 SALARY OF SECOND TRAFFIC CLERK $174.00 TO OFFICE OF CITY CLERK C-11 SALARY OF FIRST TRAFFIC CLERK $174.00; ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR 1955 OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby transferred and appro- priated: from Office of City Clerk C-11 Salary of Second Traffic Clerk $174.01 to Office of City Clerk C -ll Salary of First Traffic Clerk $174.00, all of the budget for the year 1955 of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana and declaring an emergency. SECTION II: The above funds are required for the proper operation and functioning of the aforementioned Department under the budget for the year 195: and an emergency is declared to exist concerning said transfers and appropriat.
