After <br />review, Mr. Roger Nawrot, Engineering, recommended the bid be awarded to the lowest <br />responsible and responsive bidder, Selge Construction Co., Inc., 2833 S. 11a' Street, Niles, MI <br />49120, for the Base Bid only, in the amount of $1,496,118.97.
