<br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Roos, seconded by Mr. Relos and carried, the above bids were
<br />referred to Engineering and Community Investment for review and recommendation. After
<br />review, Mr. Roger Nawrot, Engineering, recommended the bid be awarded to the lowest
<br />responsible and responsive bidder, Selge Construction Co., Inc., 2833 S. 11a' Street, Niles, MI
<br />49120, for the Base Bid only, in the amount of $1,496,118.97. Therefore, upon a motion by Ms.
<br />Roos, seconded by Mr. Relos and carried, the bid was awarded as outlined above.
