Executive Session of the Council Rules Committee of the South Bend Common Council <br />2014 <br />The June 3, 2014 Executive Session of the Council Rules Committee of the South Bend <br />Common Council was called to order by its Chairperson Dr. David Varner at 5:31 p.m. in the <br />Council's Informal Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members Tim Scott, Henry Davis, Jr., Valerie <br />Schey, Dr. Fred Ferlic, Dr. David Varner, Oliver J. Davis, Gavin Ferlic, and Derek Dieter; and <br />Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski - Farrand. <br />Dr. Varner stated that the Executive Session was called pursuant to the Notice dated May <br />29, 2013 (attached) which states in part that the meeting is being held pursuant to Indiana Code § <br />5- 14- 1.5 -6.1 (b)(6)(A) to continue the discussion of deliberative material with respect to a person <br />over whom the Council has jurisdiction concerning his alleged misconduct. <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was that <br />contained in the May 29, 2014 "Notice of Executive Session ". <br />Dr. Varner adjourned the meeting at 6:10 p.m. <br />Res ly submitted, <br />Dr. David Varner, Chairperson <br />Council Rules Committee <br />5`" District Council Member <br />South Bend Common Council <br />Attachment <br />
