<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COPU,ION COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
<br />SECTION 1.
<br />That the following described territory and land in St. Joseph
<br />County, State of Indiana, be and the same is hereby annexed to and declared
<br />to be a part of the said City of South Bend, Indiana:
<br />Beginning at a point at the NE corner of the NW.-1 of Sec. 5, T37N, R3E,
<br />thence east a distance of 480 ft., more or less, to the NW corner of
<br />McKinley Terrace Addition Sec. "B ", thence south a distance of 1,297 ft.,
<br />more or less, thence east a distance of 144.6 ft., more or less, thence
<br />south a distance of 1,303.9 ft., more oe less, to a point on the East -
<br />West centerline of Sec. 5, T37N, R3E, thence west a distance of 466.2
<br />ft., more or less, thence south along the west boundary of McKinley
