Z <br />An Ordinance Amending Ordinance #3702 Adopted by <br />the Common Council on the 13th day of June, 1949- <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, that an ordinance #3702 adopted by this Common <br />Council on the 13th day of June, 19490 more commonly known as <br />the Zoning Ordinance, be amended by rezoning a certain parcel <br />of land located in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, <br />State of Indiana, known and described as follows, to -wit: <br />"Lot No, 7 as shown on the Recorded Plat of A. H. <br />Cushingts Addition to the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana; excepting a lot or parcel of land 33 <br />feet in width east and west measured on the north <br />line of said lot taken off of and from the entire <br />length of the west side of said Lot No. 7 in A. <br />H.
