ORDIAAAIlCE NO. `Z� AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 37025 AS AMENDED, WHICH ORDINANCE IS COMMONLY CALLED TIE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend that Ordinance No. 3702, as amended, which ordinance is commonly called the zoning ordi- nance of the City of South Bend, be amended as follows: SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 3702 be amended so that the following described land be zoned "C" General Commercial Use District and I'D0.1 Height and Area District: Beginning at a point on the East line of Mayflower Road, 38.48 feet North of Southwest corner of said Area l; thence North along the East line of Mayflower Road; 125 feet; thence East along a line parallel to the North line of Sample Street, 125 feet; thence South along a line parallel to the East line of Mayflower Road, 163.48 feet to the North line of Sample Street; thence West along the North line of Sample Street, 88.86 feet; thence in a Northwesterly direction, 52.86 feet to the place of beginning. SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, Bend, and legal publication.
