"4 7 -7- <br />CITY CLERK <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 3702, <br />AS AMENDED; WHICH ORDINANCE IS COMMONLY CALLED <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend that <br />Ordinance No. 3702, as amended, which ordinance is commonly called the zoning ordi- <br />nance of the City of South Bend, be amended as follows: <br />SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 3702 be amended so that the following <br />described land be zoned "All Residential Use District and TIA" Height and Area District: <br />SECTION II. This ordinance shall be in full. force and effect from and <br />after its passage by the Common Council, approval by the Mayor of the City of South <br />Bend, and legal publication. <br />I� <br />Mem er of Common Council <br />Beginning at a point that is Nine Hundred Thirty -eight and Sixty- <br />five Hundredths (938.65) feet 'West of the Southeast corner of said <br />Section Nineteen and on the South line of Section Nineteen (19); <br />said line is also the South line of Lot Three (3) as shown on the <br />Plat of Division in the Partition in the St. Joseph Circuit Court <br />at the October term 1878 in which Sarah Denslow was plaintiff and <br />Robert G.
