ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5 <br />OF ORDINANCE 3913 (AS AMENDED) <br />PROVIDING ADDITIONAL PaMIS AND <br />DUTIES OF THE ELECTRICAL <br />EXAMINING BOARD. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the civil City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION Is Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3913 (As Amended) is hereby <br />emended by adding the following: <br />"The Electrical Examining Board shall <br />establish the necessary rules and <br />standards for the operation of the <br />Department., including the 'standard of <br />inspectionp equipment and its instal- <br />lation and the rules for the operation <br />of the Department." <br />SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br />Member of the Common Council <br />AIM <br />i <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />E� <br />f� <br />414; S,� <br />
