Also attached is a copy of the <br />,petition, Statement of Benefits form, and supporting information. The project calls for the <br />construction of a [nixed -use development at 525 East Colfax. <br />The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The total <br />cost for the construction is estimated at $2,900,000.
