�"Y <br />i <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3�6 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING CERTAIN MONIES FROM THE <br />GENERAL FUND TO THE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT FUND OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana.: <br />SECTION I; There is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the City <br />of- ou h Bend, Indiana to the General Improvement Fund of said City the sum <br />of $82,444,20. <br />SECTION Its This transfer and appropriation is made under authority of <br />Chapter 40 of the 1953 Acts of The General Assembly of Indiana and an extra- <br />ordinary emergency is hereby declared in relation thereto requiring said trans - <br />fer and appropriation for the best interests of said City and for the efficient <br />operation of the public improvement program of said Cityq <br />SECTION III:.
