ORDINANCE NO, S gf'/ <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CONTRACT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />AND G. W. FALCON, D /B /A FALCON MARINE <br />COMPANY, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWER <br />RIVER CROSSINGS <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />SECTION'I. That the contract entered into on the <br />28th day of April, 1954, between the Board of Public Works <br />and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and G. W. <br />Falcon, d /b /a Falcon Marine Company, of Evanston, Illinois, <br />for the construction of sewer river crossings is hereby <br />approved and confirmed as provided for in Chapter 61 of the <br />Acts of the Indiana General Assembly for the year 1932 <br />(Special Session). <br />SECTION II.
