ORDINANCE N0. _� <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A FIXED <br />141LEAGE RATE FOR R`SMBUBSEMENT FOR <br />CITY OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN THE <br />USE OF PRIVATE CONVEYANCES FOR CITY <br />BUSINESS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the civil City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I; There is hereby established a fixed mileage rate for city <br />officials', and employees for the use of private conveyances for city business <br />for all reimbursable travel actually done and for which reimbursement is to <br />be made upon proper claim filed and allowed from Budget Item 216 in the amount <br />of Eight Cents ($ .08) per mile. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />lot & 2nd RE�3mg <br />co m :'e n1=_ rA« <br />��� A't�i1YE0 <br />RLiEMED <br />PASSED <br />I <br />
