ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE <br />OF CERTAIN PERSONAL - PROPERTY OWNED <br />BY THE.CITY OF SOUTH BEND.. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION T. That the following personal property belonging to the City of <br />South Bend be sold for not less than the full appraised value thereof: <br />1- Sweeper #41r - Motor & Trans. out and Replace; 1- <br />Austin Western Roll-A -Plane #50; 1 -Sewer Dragging <br />machine without motor; 1 -15 Ft.
