ORDINANCE OANNEXING LANDS TO AND GLARING S TO BE A PART OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section 1: That the following described territory and land in St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, be and the same is hereby',annexed to and declared to be a part of the said City of South Bend; o that this same described territory and land be zoned "A" use and "A" height and area district: Beginning on the North line of Section 26, T. 38 N., R. 2 E. at a point forty five hundred twenty -one (45211) feet East of the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter (1/4) of Section twenty -two (22) T. 38 N., R. 2 East, which is a point on the West bank, of the St. Joseph River 10 ft., more or less, West'of low water mark; thence West, along the Nortri line of said Section 26, a distance of 702 ft., thence South 8 degrees and 45 minutes East 202.00 ft., " South 1 degree and 15 minutes East 271.50 ft., " South 12 degrees and 45 minutes West 206.00 ft., South 68 degrees and 30 minutes East 203.50 ft., " North 4 degrees and 0 minutes West 322.00 ft., " South 20 degrees and 45 minutes East 166.00 ft., " South 14 degrees and 0 minutes East 158-00 ft., it South 6 degrees and 0 minutes East 86.50 ft.
