ORDINANCE NO. ,?p--f-e AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ALL PARKING METER FEES AND FUNDS TO THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE USES AND PURPOSES SET FORTH THEREIN IN ACCOPDANCE WITH CHAPTER 236 OF THE ACTS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF INDIANA OF 1945, AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 303 OF THE ACTS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF 1951. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. All parking meter fees and funds are hereby appropriated to the Board of Public Works and Safety of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana for the following uses and purposes: 10 For the payment of maintenance, operation, costs and repair and all incidental expenses in the operation of mechanical parking devices as follows: Services - Personal - - - - - - - - - - - - - - $ 20,000.00 Telephone - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 150.00 Insurance and Bonds - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 175.00 Travel Expense - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 300.00 Medical - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 50.00 New Meters (200) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 9*�00.00 Repair Parts - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 500.00 General Supplies - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - . 1,000.00 Transportation - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 500.00 Public Empl.
