ORDINANCE N0. — <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING S -11 SERVICES PERSONAL <br />STREET DEPARTMENT BY CHANGING SALARY CLASSI- <br />FICATIONS TO HOURLY RATES IN THE BUDGET FOR <br />1954. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1. Salary classifications contained in S -11 Services Person <br />al Street, Department of the Budget Ordinance for 1954 are amended and changed <br />as follows: Salary of Assistant Foreman - six (6) at $3957.60 shall be changed <br />to "six (6) at $1.70 per hour, 2340 hours each "; salary of Emergency Truck <br />Drivers -:two (2) at $3760.00 shall be changed to "two (2) at $1.60 per hour, <br />2340 hours each "; salary of Relief and Utility Driver shall be changed to <br />"one (1) at $1.60 per hour, 2340 hours." <br />Section 2.
