ORDINANCE N0..9 AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM CITY PLAN COMMISSION 11. PERSONAL SERVICE $250.00 TO 242. PRINTING $250.00 ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR 1953 OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA APED DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the Civil City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby transferred as follows: $250.00 from City Plan Commission 11. Personal Service to Printing 2142; all of the budget for the year 1953 of the Civil City of South Bendy Indiana. SECTION II. The above funds are required for the proper operation and functi ing of the aforementioned Departments under the budget for the year 1953 and an emergency is declared to exist concerning said transfer and appropriation. SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council, its approval by the Mayor and the fulfill- ment of all statutory requirements relating to emergency appropriations.
