REPORT OF COMMITTEE ON DOG ORDINANCE <br />The Committee met Thursday, April 9th, 1953, and present were <br />Councilmen Korpal, Muszynski and Hahn, representing Councilman <br />Erler, and Mrs* Martha Flanagan of The South Bend Humane Society. <br />After lengthy discussion the Committee would like for the Council <br />to postpone the third reading of the ordinance for thirty daysq <br />so that a new model ordinance could be drawn up for complete <br />control of dogs and Mr. Andrews from the National Humane Society <br />would be present to make suggestions. <br />, <br />Members of Committee <br />APR 13 1953 1 <br />MAYME DU MONI <br />CITY CLERK <br />
