A. <br />BYERLEY'S ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF MYLER, NOW A PART <br />OF THE CITY OF O TH BEND, AND COMMONLY DESCRIBED AS <br />THE CORNER OFI9SAWrAVENUE AND KEMBLE STREET IN <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, OWNED BY THE MUNICIPAL <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend is the owner of a dwelling house <br />r <br />located on the following described real estate: A Lot or parcel of land Thirty- <br />. <br />Three (33) feet in width, North and South, taken off of and from the entire <br />width of the South ends of Lots Numbered 17, 18, 19 and 20 as shown on the <br />recorded Plat of Thomas E. A. Byerley's Addition to the Town of Myler, now <br />:1 va <br />a part of the City of South Bend and commonly known as the corner of N*e:&� <br />Avenue and Kemble Street in the City of South Bend, Indiana, by virtue of a <br />warranty deed dated the first day of May, 1957, and <br />WHEREAS, the above described dwelling house is conducive to no <br />public use by the Municipal City of South Bend, and it is for the best interests <br />of the Municipal City of South Bend that said dwelling house be sold. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION I. That the Judge of the Circuit Court of St. Joseph County, Indiana, <br />has already been requested to appoint three disinterested freeholders of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, to appraise the value of the dwelling house located <br />at the corner of Avenue and Kemble Street, South Bend, Indiana, and <br />more specifically described as follows: <br />A Lot or parcel of land Thirty -three (33) feet in width, <br />North and South, taken off of and from the entire width of <br />the South ends of Lots Numbered 17, 18, 19 and 20 as <br />shown on the recorded Plat of Thomas E.
