ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 3702, <br />AS AMENDED, WHICH ORDINANCE IS COMMONLY CALLED <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF TIE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend that <br />Ordinance No. 3702, as amended, which ordinance is commonly called the zoning ordi- <br />nance of the City of South Bend, be amended as follows:. <br />SECTION I. That Ordinance No. 3702 be amended so that the following <br />described land be zoned 'uAe Residential Use District and 'OA„ Height and Area District: <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter (4) <br />of Section Thirty -two (32), Township Thirty -eight (38) North, <br />Range Three (3) East; thence East along the South line of said <br />Section Thirty -two (32), a distance of Four Hundred Twenty (420) <br />feet; thence North Two Hundred Twenty (220) feet; thence East <br />Seventy-five (75) feet; thence North One Thousand One Hundred <br />Ten and Six One Hundredths (1110.06) feet more or less to the <br />North line of the Southwest quarter (4) of the Southeast quarter <br />(4) of said Section Thirty -two (32); thence West One Thousand <br />Seven and Sixty -three One Hundredths (1007.63) feet more or less <br />to a point which is Thirty (30) feet South of the Southwest corner <br />of Lot Five Hundred Ninety -two (592) in Wilmette Park Third (3rd) <br />Addition and Five Hundred Twelve and Sixty -three One Hundredths <br />(512,63) feet West of the Northeast corner of the Southeast <br />quarter (4) of the Southwest quarter (4) of Section Thirty -two <br />(32), Township Thirty -eight (38) North, Range Three (3) East; <br />thence Southeasterly to a point which is Four Hundred Fifty -one <br />(451) feet West of the North -South center line of said Section <br />Thirty -tyro (32) and Two Hundred and Two Tenths (200.2) feet <br />South of the North line of the Southeast quarter c4) of the <br />Southwest quarter (4) of said Section Thirty -two (32); thence <br />South One Thousand One Hundred Thirty and Five Tenths (1130.5) <br />feet more or less to the South line of said Section Thirty -two <br />(32); thence East along the said South line of said Section <br />Thirty -two (32) Four Hundred Fifty -one (451) feet to the place <br />of beginning. <br />SECTION II.
