HUFF <br />DIRECTOR OF PLANNING <br />The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />July 14, 1958 <br />The attached petition of Edward Heston to rezone Lots 45 and 46 <br />of Krow and Whitmore's Subdivision, located at 2904 South Michigan <br />Street, from "A" Residential Use District and "A" Height and Area <br />District to "C" Commercial Use District and "D" Height and Area <br />District was legally advertised on 30 June 1958 and given public <br />hearing under date of 10 July 1958• The following action was <br />taken: <br />After due consideration the Commission found that <br />substantial justice would be done by the favorable <br />recommendation of the petition.
