ORDINANCE NO.� <br />An Ordinance to Amend Zoning Ordinance No. 37.QT7 <br />Approved June 14, 1949, of the City of South Bend <br />and Published June 21, 1949, So Far As the Same <br />Relates to Lots Numbered One (1), Two -(2) and Three- <br />(3) in the Proposed Addition of Logan Heights. <br />SECTION 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana, that Ordinance No. 3702 of the City of South Bend as amended, be <br />and the same is hereby amended so that the following described real estate Located <br />in the City of South Bend, to -wit: <br />A lot or parcel of land in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, <br />Indiana, in the East Half (1 /2) of the Southeast Quarter (1 /4) of Sec- <br />tion Eight (8) in Township Thirty -seven (37) North, Range Three (3) <br />East, described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at the intersection of <br />the West line of Logan Street with the South line of Jefferson Boule- <br />vard, thence running West one hundred thirty -four (134) feet, thence <br />South one hundred fifty (150) feet, thence East one hundred thirtyr <br />three and sixty -eight hundredths (133. 68) feet, thence North one hun- <br />dred fifty (150) feet to the place of beginning, to be known as Lots <br />Numbered One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) in a Proposed Addition of <br />Logan I eights, <br />be zoned in Zone C of the Use District and in Zone D of the Height and Area Dis- <br />trict and said described real estate shall hereafter be governed by all the rules and <br />regulations of said Zoning Ordinance and the amendments thereto governing said <br />re -zoned classification. <br />SECTION 2.
