,The' zoning of this tract should be changed from "B" Residential and "B" <br />Height and Area to "C" Commercial and "E" Height and Area. <br />5.. When the above changes have been made the zoning for one Hundred Seventy - <br />Five (175) feet North and South all along the North side of Huron Street from Lombardy <br />Drive to the aforementioned Fourteen (14) foot alley will be "B" Residential. The <br />dividing line between such Residentially zoning land and the Commercially zoned land <br />to the North will then be a straight line. <br />b. Petitioner submits herewith a drawing showing exactly the changes desired <br />together with a proposed form of ordinance for the accomplishment of that purpose. <br />WHEEREFOREj, petitioner respectfully praysand requests <br />1. That this Common Council refer this petition to the City Plan Commission <br />for its consideration. <br />2.
