The Honorable Common Council <br />City of South Bend <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen: <br />The attached petition of Matthew and Ted Sieracki to <br />zone Lots 12k and ]2c% in LaSalle Park First Addition <br />to "C" Commercial and "C" Height and Area District, <br />said property being on Dundee Street immediately north <br />of the east -west alley north of Western Avenue, was <br />legally advertised under date of August 27, 1956. <br />Said petition was given public hearing by the Commission <br />on September 6, 1956, and the following action was <br />taken: <br />After due consideration, it was found that <br />substantial justice would be accomplished by <br />the favorable recommendation of the petition. <br />It was therefore so moved, seconded, and <br />unanimously carried that the petition be <br />recommended favorably to the Council. <br />Very truly yours, <br />CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Robert L.
