L I 10 LEG 17a"TR <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 3702, <br />AS AMENDED, WHICH ORDINANCE IS COMMONLY <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA a4 a�. � <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend that <br />Ordinance No. 3702 be amended as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the following described land be zoned from Light <br />and Heavy Industrial zoning to 'B" Use District and "B" <br />Height and Area District: <br />Lots on 29=0 side of Indiana Avenue between Grant <br />Street and 120.8 feet east of the east line of <br />Olive Street, being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Lots numbered 1 through 7, inclusive; lots 100 <br />through 113, inclusive; and lots 204 through 210, <br />inclusive, of Highland Park Replat; and, in addition, <br />lots 1 through 15, inclusive, and lots 26 through 40, <br />inclusive, of South Bend Industrial Addition, all in <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />SECTION II.
