6" �, 10 f7 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, (REAL ESTATE <br />INVOLVED LOCATED AT SOUTHWEST CORNER OF <br />GREENLAWN AND MISHAWAKA AVENUE). <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1. Ordinance No. 3702, being the zoning <br />ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be, and the <br />same is, amended so that the zoning classification of the <br />real estate located in the City of South Bend, County of <br />St. Joseph, State of Indiana, described as follows, to -wit: <br />The -North 175 feet of Lot No. 1 as shown on <br />the recorded Plat of G. W. Mikesell's First <br />Addition to the City of South Bend <br />be and the same is hereby changed from "B" Use District and <br />"A" Height and Area District to "C" Commercial and "D" <br />Height and Area District. <br />Section 2.
