That the following described real estate located in the <br />City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, <br />shall be zoned as "A" Use District and "Al' Height and <br />Area District: <br />Lots numbered 1 through 11, inclusive, of <br />Whitcomb and Kellerrs South Main Street <br />Subdivision, being a part of John E. Walt's <br />Revised Addition, and Lots numbered 13 through <br />22, inclusive, of L. J. Tasher's Second Addition; <br />SECTION II.
