ORDINANCE N0. 4078 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3.702 COMMONLY <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />SECTION 1, Ordinance No. 3702, being a zoning ordinance in the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, be, and the same hereby is, amended so thattthe <br />zoning classification of the following described real estate in the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, to -wit: <br />Lots Numbered 163, 164, 165, 1667 167 and 168 <br />in Berner Grove First Addition, <br />be, and the same is hereby changed from "B" Residential and "A" Height <br />and Area District to "C" Commercial and "D" Height and Area District. <br />SECTION 2.
