NQ$U. CLON <br />BLENKE BROTHERS REALTY COMPANY, INC. is the owner of the <br />following described real estate: <br />Lots Sixty -nine (69), Seventy (70), Seventy -one A (71A), <br />Seventy -two A (72A), One hundred five (105), One Hundred <br />six (106), One hundred seven (107), and One Hundred eight <br />(108).as shown on Meyers and Funk's Third Plat of Chippewa <br />Heights Addition to the City of South Bend, All in Sec- <br />tion Twenty -five (25), Township Thirty -seven (37) North, <br />Range.Two (2) East, in St.Joseph.County, Indiana; and <br />being more commonly described as a parcel.of Land of an <br />area approximately two hundred (200) feet x three hundred <br />twenty - eight (328) feet between Michigan and Main Streets <br />and immediately north of Albert Street in the south edge <br />of the city limits of the „City of South Bend. <br />1. The real estate herein above described has recently been <br />annexed to the City of South Bend. <br />2.
