ORDINANCE NO. 4223 <br />Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1. <br />That the property situate in the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />and described as follows, to -wit: <br />Lots Sixty -nine (69), Seventy (70), Seventy -one A VIA), <br />Seventy -two A (72A), One Hundred five (10510 One_Hundred <br />six (106), One.Hundred seven (107), and One Hundred eight <br />(108) as_shown on Meyers and Funkfs Third Plat of Chippewa <br />Heights Addition to the City of South Bend. All in Sec- <br />tion Twenty -five (25), Township Thirty -seven (37) North, <br />Range.
